My Name is Robert Jenkins,
I live in Beddau,

My personal opinion as a Welsh voter on the Senedd reform bill is supportive apart from the proposed move to a closed list voting process.
I personally see this as an unfair and non democratic system. I believe that every person which is sitting in the Senedd, should only be so because the people of Wales actually voted for that person to represent them, not because of a party leaders choice. I believe that this proposal will also block new voices and opportunities for new politicians to join the Senedd, new politicians that the people of Wales want to represent them and are located in their communities.
